The Wayne Bergstrom Center of Hope provides case management and vital support services to homeless individuals and families in the Conroe area. The Center supports 72 people, including five family rooms, two single women’s dorms, and two single men’s dorms. Each guest receives various vital services, including housing assessment, job search assistance, medical care, and recovery groups. Last year, 1,660 people received safe shelter, nutritious meals, case management, and the skills and care needed to move towards self-sufficiency.
